Abused, scared or difficult dogs, on the one hand. On the other, five boys and a girl, responsible for comming crimes as minors. At the center the possibility of recovering and reopening to life. With the complex mechanism of “messa alla prova” (testing) the Italian Justice granted them the opportunity for recovery. In encountering the suffering of dogs and helping them to become adoptable, these twenty-year-olds have the chance to process their mistakes and to imagine of a different future, maybe becoming a professional dog educators themselves.
