The economic crisis is not forgiving even the so-called middle class and many Italian women, employed or freelancers, experience the loss of their job, suddenly finding themselves in traumatic life upheavals. Ten protagonists tell their stories in a completely unexpected context: in the salon of an original hairdresser who offers cuts and styling for a symbolic price to women in difficulty. The stories of these ten contemporary heroines intertwine naturally, letting their most human, most fragile, most courageous traits emerge. A hymn to the possibility of making it, metaphorically narrated by a transformation of look that brings a sense of revenge and hope.
